State Board of Education Suggests No Texting Between Students and Teacher
Says it could reduce chances of sexual misconduct. Most would agree that texting and interacting on Facebook may be the most efficient way to communicate, but the Virginia State Board of Education is considering guidelines to discourage teachers from texting their students.
