Product Description
"Please" and "thank you" are fun and easy to remember with iExcuse Me!/i. Simple and repetitive, it's the perfect way to introduce those magic words that all little ones should know. From burping to breaking a sibling's toy, toddlers will love seeing these appealing babies in situations they know all about, and they'll have fun lifting the flaps to discover the right words to say-"Excuse me!" and "I'm sorry!"

4 out of 5 stars Very pleasant   January 6, 2009
This is a very pleasant book to learn important things, which 1-year old son my loves ! The drawings are cute.

5 out of 5 stars Great for a two year old   August 9, 2008
This is an adorable book. The fact that it teaches manners is an added bonus. To me, the importance is that my two year old granddaughter can "read" it herself. At first I thought she could just give me the answers to the questions and that was cute enough. But then I overheard her "reading" it to her baby doll. What great self confidence this builds in a toddler. It is the best time to start building self esteem and making a child feel "smart".

5 out of 5 stars 1 1/2 year old's favorite book   August 1, 2008
While I think the book will be terrific in a year to actually teach manners, at this point, my little guy is just entertained by the book. The pictures are simplistically expressive. He giggles every time we get to the second scenario (saying "Excuse me" when burping). He likes the participation of the turning pages. We typically end up reading this book 10 times a day, with my little fellow signing for more as I turn the last page....

5 out of 5 stars What a wonderful world it would be if every child read this book!   June 19, 2008
Just perfect for the Wee Ones. This little flap book shows the way to good manners without preaching. A perfect book delight any small child. Ann Clarke, author of People Are So Different! based on tolerance and understanding.

5 out of 5 stars We LOVE this book!   June 1, 2008
My daughter and I have been reading Karen Katz books together since she was able to sit up. This is an excellent addition to our collection! My daughter is now two-and-a-half, and she just LOVES the lift-a-flaps in these books. We have been working on manners, so this book is perfect. After reading these books a few times together, my daughter is able to read it back to me from memory, and she feels so proud when she finishes a book by herself. I highly recommend this and all of the Karen Katz books!!
