Deck omits some division facts August 31, 2007 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
These cards work fine for standard drilling. But I wanted to play War with them as a way of making math facts more fun. It didn't occur to me when I ordered them that the answer to one side being printed on the other would make games difficult to play. Moreover, I found the cards impossible to shuffle because they're so big and flimsy.br /br /This deck's biggest flaw is that it omits some of the division facts. I assume this is done so that the deck will have the same number of cards as the other math facts decks. It appears that mostly trivial cases are omitted, such as most of the divide-by-1 facts. I wish this had been part of the product description.
Divison flash cards a great help to learn in a fun way May 14, 2007 Bought these for my Grandson who was a little behind in his division, to help him learn in a fun way. They were used every day at dinner and he and his 8-year old sister practiced. There's no pressure and it's fun, and it's made a big difference in his math problems using division. It's much more interesting and fun than plain old problems. The cards are big and easy to read and the kids really like them. Now he doesn't need them anymore, and his sister is using them to "play" (learn!). Now they will be donated for someone else to have fun learning.
