Product Description
divThe first photograph, "The Night Before Christmas," features a gingerbread house, Christmas cookies, candles, bulbs, and more. "Visions of Sugarplums" is an abstract composition of Christmas confections; and "Such a Clatter!" is a dynamic explosion of objects. In "It Must Be Saint Nick," Santa is shown in shadow; and in "A Bundle of Toys," the presents in Santa's sack are revealed as a magnificent jumble. The final photograph, "Happy Christmas to All" is a beautiful, pastoral landscape, lustrous under new-fallen snow. The original poem is printed on the endpapers. Can You See What/div

5 out of 5 stars Great Bedtime Book   January 4, 2009

I bought this book for my twins, who are almost 2. I loved that it was a Christmas book and thought it would be a special book I would put away, so they could read in 2 years or so at Christmas time. br /Was I wrong! I took the book out the week before Christmas, thinking they were too young and would get bored quickly and we would move on to the next book. They absolutely love this book, they ask for it every night and each night their faces light up as we look through it and play I spy, a game I loved to play with my Grandfather and now can play with my little ones.

5 out of 5 stars Maybe even better than I Spy   January 2, 2009
This is a book made by the photographer from the I Spy series, Walter Wick. I *LOVE LOVE LOVE* I Spy books, and we have quite a few in our family. This is the first Can You See What I See? book we have tried, and I'm almost tempted to say I liked it better. We have spent quite a few hours in this book, and the photographs are in some way "cuter" -- more whimsical than I Spy.br /br /Get a couple and see for yourself!

5 out of 5 stars Can you see what I see? The Night before Christmas   December 17, 2008
This is a beautiful book and perfect for developing good eye-hand coordination. The hidden objects are challenging but not too challenging to make a child frustrated. The colors are brilliant. My granddaughter loves this book.

This book gets read by my daughter and I every night! she asks for it and wants to finish- I even used it to come down her four year old dance class waiting to go on stage.

5 out of 5 stars Christmas Book   October 3, 2008
This is a fun search find book with a Christmas theme. My niece, nephew and teenage sons all had fun looking for the hidden items. Some items are simple to find and others extremely difficult.
