i love the author and illustrator!! the story is so fun and sweet and the pictures are so beautiful. it is one i always always enjoy reading and my kids (4, 2) enjoy it too. highly recommended!

Wonderfully illustrated in a big book format that really keeps a child's interest. My son loves this almost as much as "Double Trouble in Walla Walla".
The perfect book for my little "joey" December 23, 2007
My son (3 yrs) loves this book...especially the topsy turvy curvy text that we read in a silly way. We've been reading this book for about a year now. He used to frequently wake up in a bad mood, just like the joey in the story, and this book always cheered him up. To get a smile out of my son, this book is a sure thing. I love it when he smiles!!!!!! This is now a family favorite.

We discovered this book at the library. We love the story line and have added this book to our home collection. The story ending is sure to bring laughter to every child.
